Instant cosiness

I'm quite a homely person. As in I like to stay in, make it nice and cosy with my sweetheart rather than to go out. OK, I like going to concerts every now and then, or a movie or a bite to eat outdoors. But still, home is where the ♥ is, right?! And I love it when new people come to our home and compliment us on the house and how cosy it feels. That was my today's inspiration. And these pictures below gave me that instant cosy feeling. I'm positive that their entire houses from top to bottom will have that lovely vibe.

For the love of brick & industrial

It used to be a boiler room of a former rubber mill. And now they changed it in a wonderful home with lots of special features. I think they did an amazing job and I fell head over heels with all the gorgeous brick walls and all the industrial items.

Impressions of a Danish home

If we would ever move to Denmark I wouldn't mind living in a home like this. I really like the spaces and the features, they're so gorgeous. If you are thinking of moving there, check real astate agency Stadshem with loads of amazing houses for sale.

Christmas branches

This year I'm thinking of taking branches instead of a tree. And decorate them with lots of colourful ornaments and perhaps some ribbon. Still on the look out for cute things, but there are still a few weeks left. I'm so looking forward to decorate our home all Christmassy. Check out my inspiration. :D

Ever since I went to Paris with my loved one last summer, I need to sigh when I see a picture of that very city. We had so much fun and I love to go back there again in the near future. But wow, what it must be like to have a view like this from your home....

Hurrah for HEMA

One of my fave department stores must be HEMA. This Dutch brand with branches in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France sells about everything, from food, to underwear, paint, clothes, office/school stuff and what not. But the greatest thing to like, for me, must be their home accessories. And it seems that they are getting better at it every year. They even have a home brochure out now. I'm a big fan. How bout you? Below some of their latest things.
